Sometimes I love being inventive in the kitchen. Here’s today’s creation:

1 apple, sliced thin (~1/4-inch)

2 tsp Olive Oil

Cinnamon, to taste

2 Low-Fat Graham Crackers, broken into bite-size pieces

Heat the oil in a pan and sautee the apples. While they cook, sprinkle with cinnamon. Flip after a couple minutes to cook on other side. Meanwhile, break the graham crackers into bite-size pieces and line the bottom of a bowl with half of them. When the apples are done (~3-5 minutes), layer half of them over the graham crackers. Sprinkle the rest of the graham crackers on top, then layer the rest of the apples on top of that. Dig in. (This would be delicious topped with whipped cream-fat free or otherwise. Even better with a big honkin’ scoop of vanilla ice cream. I stuck with a packet of Splenda.)
