Well, today was my first weigh-in after vacation. I’ll admit…I was
a little obsessed with keeping tabs on my weight all week, so I pretty much knew what was coming. I was up 0.2, but considering I didn’t track my points for ~2 weeks, and was surviving mostly on processed foods and theme park fare for a week and a half, I’d call that a win.
This Week’s Weight Loss: +0.2
Total Weight Loss: -6.6
My body is starting to forgive me for the junk that I fed it on vacation, but it’s really not back to normal yet. I never really thought about how few processed foods we eat in this house until I noticed the difference in how I felt over vacation. Makes me very grateful for fresh fruits and veggies and home-cooked meals.
