Didn’t go for that run yesterday. Why? Because of this. Lots of smoke in the air + running + heavy breathing = poor choice. They actually cancelled my school’s cross country meet yesterday. So, today I went for my scheduled run with my co-worker and it went soooo much better. I completed the whole run, no walking, and kept a pretty steady pace. Huzzah! It was pretty chilly, actually (57), which I think helped. I wasn’t dying from the heat (always a plus), and there was hardly anyone on the path around the lake.
So, we’re back on track. Let’s keep this up, body!
